Generally speaking, we arrange for shipment within 24 hours after placing the order. Individual orders may be delayed due to temporary shortages. We will ship from the US warehouse.
Orders cannot be cancelled when it has been shipped. But you can return your order as you receive it by contacting our Customer Service and getting a RL.
Please remember, shipment in transit is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays. But we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast. If the package gets lost in transit, we’ll resend for you.

Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund, which will be issued back to the original payment method. Returns due to reasons other than seller error (e.g., "changed mind," "found a better price," "ordered by mistake," "didn't like it," or "doesn’t fit") will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service for a return address or prepaid return shipping label (RL) within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and 100% complete, including all manuals, accessories, and packing materials. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused. Please report any shipment issues, such as shortages, errors, or damages, to our customer service team before initiating a return.
We offer a 365-days warranty on all of products and accessories. This warranty does not cover products that have been abused and misused. All items must have a valid RL to qualify for replacement. Packages returned without a valid RL will be refused.
The RL must be marked on the outside of the package containing the returned product to be accepted. There will be no refunds on shipping for any reason. All returned items must have all original accessories and packaging including manuals, software, and etc, in order to qualify for replacement.
